This is for one usb phone holder/charger and one power pack phone holder/charger. You get everything in the picture. The insert is designed for boat stainless steel cup holders. Brunswicks brand boats all use the same cup holder. If you are not sure which one to get, send me a video of the area for your cup holder you want it installed in and a closeup of the cup holder.
